Autism Affirming Coaching

It's normal if your story started making sense later in life

Support that already understands the autism experience

So many autistic people spend years trying to work against themselves because that's what they've been taught to do. My coaching aims to take a different approach. Instead of asking you to push through life, together we'll explore what helps you thrive, what drains you, and how to build a life that works with your brain. Everything I do is centred around five core approaches…

Awareness:

Becoming more aware of what your mind and body have been trying to tell you.

MY APPROACH

Identity:

Building a stronger sense of self that isn’t based in shame, rejection, or people pleasing.

Regulation:

Creating routines, supports, and regulation tools that fit your unique brain and needs.

🌷 A space where you don’t have to mask, shrink yourself, or dilute who you are.

🌷 Time to pause, stim, move, think, breathe, or process at your own pace.

🌷 Real conversations without pressure, or pretending you’re “doing better” than you are.

Alignment:

Helping different areas of your life feel more supportive, balanced, and true to the life you ultimately want.

What Matters In My Coaching Sessions

Three yellow-orange star-shaped sparkles with dark orange outlines. Consistent in shape and size, floating against a transparent background.

Action:

Breaking things down into realistic actions that build confidence and self-trust over time.

🌷 Flexibility to try different approaches when something isn’t working, there is no one-size-fits-all here.

🌷 Intentional listening, curiosity, and responding with care.

🌷 Exploring the parts of yourself and your life that may have gone unseen or unsupported for a long time.

The coaching process

Step 1:
Free discovery call

This free 45-minute call is a chance for us to meet, connect, and talk through what support could look like for you. We’ll explore your goals, challenges, and the patterns or experiences that may be contributing to where you’re currently at.

Step 2:
Personalised One-On-One Support

Once we begin working together, we’ll have ongoing one-on-one sessions tailored to your needs and goals. Sessions may include reflection, practical support, nervous system work, brainstorming, or breaking things down into smaller and more manageable steps. You’re also welcome to email between sessions if something comes up or you’d like support directing the next session toward a particular challenge.

Step 3:
Creating support that lasts beyond coaching

There’s a quote I always come back to: “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” My goal is not to make you dependent on coaching forever, but to help you better understand yourself, trust yourself, and build tools you can continue carrying into everyday life long after coaching ends.
